This policy explains what information Plexar ("we") handles when you use Plexar Harness, Plexar Mobile (Android), the Plexar Browser Bridge browser extension, and the Plexar model service at llm.plexar.tech. Plexar is operated by Boord Information Technology Services, United States. Questions: Leonard@Boord-it.com.

What stays on your computer

• Your conversations and work. Plexar Harness keeps your sessions, files and settings on your own computer. We do not receive copies of them.
• Your sign-in key. When you sign in, Plexar Harness stores your personal key in your operating system's credential store (for example, Windows Credential Manager). It is sent only to llm.plexar.tech, to prove who you are.

What we receive

• Your account. You sign in with Google. We receive your email address and Google's account identifier, and we record which Plexar products you have access to and the keys issued to you.
• What you ask the model. When Plexar Harness asks a model to do something, the request (your message, any files or page content the agent is working with, and the model's reply) passes through llm.plexar.tech to the model. We do not store the content of these requests. Content capture is off by default. It is turned on only briefly, when an operator needs to diagnose a specific fault; anything captured then is deleted after 30 days.
• Usage records. For each request we keep a record of when it happened, which model answered, how long it took, how many tokens it used, whether it succeeded, which key made it, and the name and version the app reports for itself. We use these records to run and improve the service and to show you your own usage. They are deleted after 90 days.

Plexar Mobile

Plexar Mobile is the Android app. It signs you in with Google through llm.plexar.tech and keeps its sign-in key in the phone's secure storage. Everything below is sent only to your own Plexar services (your assistant and, if you have one, your home), over encrypted connections, and only to do what you asked.

• Chat and assistant messages. What you type or say to Chat or your assistant is sent to answer you, handled as described under "What we receive".
• Voice. "Hey November" listens for its wake word on the phone; that audio is not sent anywhere. Speech is turned into text on the phone first. Only if the phone cannot recognise it is the short recording sent to your assistant to be transcribed; it is not kept. A voiceprint ("only my voice") stays on the phone.
• Location. If you allow it, your location is sent to your assistant while you use it, for things like directions, travel time and home routines. You can switch it off in Android settings at any time.
• Calendar and contacts. Only if you turn them on: today's agenda is shared with your assistant as context, and a contact is read when you tap a Call or Text card so the assistant can complete that request.
• Photos. A photo is sent only when you attach one to a message.
• Home. If you have Plexar Home, the app shows your devices and the front-door view by fetching them from your own home system. The live view is shown and not saved on the phone.
• Notifications. The app registers a push token with Google Firebase so your assistant can notify you.

Signing out of Plexar Mobile cancels its key. To delete your account and records, write to the address above.

Plexar Browser Bridge

The extension lets Plexar Harness work in a tab of your own Chrome or Edge browser. It works only in its own tab, plus any tab you drag into its "Plexar" tab group. The extension sends nothing to us or to anyone else: it talks only to Plexar Harness running on your own computer. When the agent reads a page to do a task you asked for, that page's content goes to the model the same way as anything else you ask the model, as described above. It is not stored.

What we don't do

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising.

We do not use your requests to train models today. We may in future, but only with your opt-in: your requests are never used for training unless you choose to share them.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers we need to run Plexar (for example, Google, for sign-in), or when the law requires it.

Your choices

• You can sign out of Plexar Harness or Plexar Mobile at any time; signing out cancels that key.
• In Plexar Mobile you can turn location, calendar, contacts, microphone and notifications on or off in Android settings.
• You can switch off "Use my Chrome" in Plexar Harness Settings, or remove the extension.
• You can ask us to delete your account and records by writing to Leonard@Boord-it.com.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
